Web Pagerank: References To Your Site:

Filed Under (website hosting) by marketing-master on 02-09-2010

On your site, from the point of view of exclusively PageRank it is possible to think that it is necessary to search simply for pages with the highest weight of PageRank. (At the same time holding in mind that each page of a site has own PageRank weight, therefore you should survey weight “pages of references” or any page where the actual reference will be located.) However, this point of view is incorrect. If you have not jumped directly in this section you, possibly, define, why it so. Weight PageRank received with the reference, much more difficult, than this simplification. There could be a case when it was comprehensible approach… But it is no more. As more and more people try and receive references only from sites with high value of weight, it becomes all less and less advantageous offers.

The present weight PageRank of separate page shares among references to this page. Therefore, references from pages which have identical weight PageRank, are not always framed by the peer. It depends on that, with how many references your reference divides referring page.

For example, the reference from page with weight PageRank 4 can be better, than the reference from page with weight PageRank 6, if on page with PR 4 less total number of references. Probably that the page with PR 2 can be even better for the request for the reference, than page with PR 7. There is also another reason why this strategy of reception of references is not the best; sites with high weight PageRank are often legible in on what sites to put the reference that does reception of the reference from them by more difficult, than from sites with low weight. However, to the sites battling to the numbers of balances PageRank, it is necessary to be more acquisitive to an exchange of mutual references with other sites.

Now let’s survey feedback. We will assume, for example, that there are two independent pages on sites of other people, each of which has weight PageRank 4. Both pages have on 10 references to other pages. But your page, on which you want to receive references, already has the reference to page to the second site. Receiving the reference from the second site, you generate feedback, and receive larger weight PageRank than if you have received the reference from the first site! This excessive simplification; actually, feedback cycles can become even more difficult. Remember that the reference number on the page referring to you, will change feedback size, and etc.

My council, therefore, is that to receive references from sites which seem approaching and have high quality, irrespective of their current weight PageRank. If they are relevant to your site, and high-quality sites, they or will help your weight PageRank now, or will make it in the future. Actually to make your weight PageRank class, you should be registered in DMOZ and Yahoo on purpose to take advantage it is artificial in the enlarged weight with which they provide.

Currently the online technologies have become very popular. The web network is not only a place to entertain but also a space to make money. Whatever the reason is, to be presented in the Internet one needs a site. And this is when the question how to make a website arises. Those who are searching for info on how to build a website, are advised to refer to the Web itself. There are lots of guides on how to make a website and related topics.

In any way, it wouldn’t be wise not to use this chance provided to us by digital technologies. Google and other search engines, social networks and forums, blogs – all of them could help to find information on “make a business website” and similar topics.
